As an experienced management consultant and trainer, Matthias accompanies companies in their quest to cope with organisational, procedural, and/or personnel changes. For this purpose, he covers all links of the entire value chain: from the strategic direction specifications, and technical concepts to operational implementation issues. His creed is: Think requirements through to the end. You need a holistic perspective for solutions to be developed that are supported and owned by all decision makers and interest groups.

In his work, Matthias attaches great importance to how conceptual ideas and solutions are being put into practice. He pays attention to the different interests at an early stage and how they have to be taken into account in order to achieve the greatest possible benefits for all parties involved. Transparency and openness in communication are the central guidelines for Matthias’s way of trust-based cooperation. Before joining HRpepper, Matthias worked for other renowned management consultancies such as zeb, Kienbaum, and Capco. He has completed a commercial apprenticeship and holds a diploma in business administration. In addition, he has a Master’s degree in Business Administration. In his spare time, Matthias likes going on excursions with his family or exploring the sights of his adopted home in Berlin. Born in Dortmund, he is still excited about the results of every Borussia match, and he likes to discover unexpected culinary secrets during cooking evenings with friends.
