Holistic transformation facilitator
“Change is inevitable. Growth is optional.” John C. Maxwell
Sophie accompanies organizations in their transformation process to make sure the companies and their members are ready for the future. As an experienced HR and organizational developer, she provides support whenever new forms of collaboration, leadership and the necessary behavior for those need to be fostered in order to implement the company’s strategic goals.
Learning as a prerequisite for transformation
She sees learning as a vehicle, but also an accelerator, for sustainable change. One focus of her work is to create spaces and opportunities that enable encounters, exchange, reflection, and experimentation on an individual and organizational level. Engaging with different perspectives and jointly shaping the change process – always including the relevant interfaces and already existing competencies and structures – is what characterizes her holistic approach.
Sophie is a business psychologist and systemic consultant. She also has additional training in the areas of agility, new work and learning & development. Prior to joining HRpepper, she worked in the learning organizations of two large corporations and in the executive education division of a private business school, advancing the topics of organizational development, leadership culture, HR strategy, and new learning, as well as gaining leadership experience herself.
When Sophie is not with clients or in the Berlin office, she lives with her small family in Leipzig and enjoys art and culture, Scandinavian design, good food and the proximity to the water.
What is important for you at work?
Applying new competencies only succeeds in the long term if skillset, mindset and toolset (processes, systems, roles and structures) go hand in hand together- in my experience, this is “where the magic happens”.
