Petra advises people, teams and organisations as an experienced HR and organisation developer on establishing the right skills, structures and processes in order to be perfectly positioned for the future. She develops strategies and concepts for management and talent development and makes them work. Petra has many years of experience in operational and conceptual HR work in medium-sized and large companies. She also possesses management and project experience in the areas of recruiting, employee and executive development, talent management, women’s leadership development and in accompanying change processes.
Focus on employees as internal customers
She knows from her own experience how to design effective HR processes and structures that treat employees as genuine internal customers. What drives them is a curiosity and interest in people and the abilities to develop and actively shape their future. In addition to her training as a psychologist, she is a systemic consultant and coach. She is distinguished by her experience in implementation and her focus on objectives and pragmatism. She is convinced that effective project work requires maximum involvement of all involved perspectives and experienced cooperation.
When she is not on the road for HRpepper and their customers, Petra likes to let her two daughters drift through the day – preferably out on the lake. She is a passionate cineaste and a regular guest at the Berlinale.
