Nadja is a HR generalist – and despite all the diversity of the HR role she always keeps an eye on the “big picture”. She likes variety and works with the HRpepper team in different constellations on internal strategies, concepts and processes. Her goal: to make HRpepper a special, incomparable organisation – an organisation that is not only successful in the marketplace, but also enables employees to develop their full potential and work together in a spirit of mutual respect.

A trusting atmosphere is important to her and she always has an open ear for colleagues. Nadja also greatly appreciates a creative exchange on HR topics in order to find innovative, progressive solutions for cooperation. When driving ideas forward and implementing initiatives, she not only pays attention to tailor-made methods and efficient processes, but also to a good mixture of analysis and intuition.
Nadja has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management as well as several years of HR experience in the Berlin tech scene.
When Nadja is not on the road for HRpepper, it still doesn’t get boring, her two children provide for action. Apart from that she enjoys quiet minutes with a good coffee and an audio book.
