Mark has a degree in sociology and is a certified trainer and coach. In his 25-year professional career, he has specialized in connecting people with their goals. He has made this possible through his roles as a human resources and organizational developer for national and international corporations as well as small and medium sized businesses and start-ups.

In order to be optimally positioned for the future, Mark, as an experienced HR and organizational developer, advises people, teams and organizations on how to establish the right skills, structures and processes in a sustainable manner. He develops strategies and concepts for leadership and talent development and gets them up and running. He is particularly fascinated by people in organizations in their respective roles and contexts. For them he designs and implements perfect, experience-oriented learning and development processes.
Mark believes in having a Dutch DNA. This is evident in his pragmatic-ambitious approach as well as in the fact that he is in the Netherlands several times a year with his wife.
