“No two systems are alike. People, organisations, and technology with all their strengths must be balanced perfectly to work successfully as a closed system.”
In her counselling work, Maria helps organisations to create transparency about their structures, processes, and cultural mechanism and analyse the need for change. She explores people, technology, and different organisational forms, ranging far and wide and digging deep, to unite all strengths and align the organisations for the future. In this context, an inclusive and pragmatic approach is important to her, trying, among other things, to strengthen the sense of initiative of all those involved, to sharpen their understanding of the problem, and to think in terms of options for action. This is how things become effective. Because she believes that user-oriented thinking and agile work are the keys to success and source of the necessary energy for implementation, her consulting approach and methods are characterized by Scrum principles. Her agile mindset is also combined with classic management methods and experience-oriented formats.
Optimization of departmental structures
With her background in business education, Maria worked as an freelance consultant in the field of personnel management structures before she started working at HRpepper. In the HR context, she has developed and accompanied change management concepts, optimized the departmental structures of large corporations through process analyses and prepared companies for quality assurance ISO certifications by means of system audits.
Whenever she is not on the road for HRpepper, Maria will be found discovering new corners of the German capital city during her long walks, chatting with friends about business models, or enjoying the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the big city when she is longboarding on Tempelhofer Feld.
