She is convinced that sustainable change can only come from within. This is why she sees herself as a pioneer who provides her customers with new experiences and effective methods. With her goal-oriented approach, Lucia keeps on top of even critical situations and ensures lightness and clarity in the process with her sense of active empathy.
Before joining HRpepper, Lucia experienced change from a variety of perspectives – as a finance executive in a large corporation, as a senior consultant at a strategy consulting firm, and as an integral business coach. In her work, she has developed new organisational models and novel management development measures.
Privately, she likes to discover new spots on our planet, preferably far away or high up in the mountains, and enjoys culinary surprises.
