As an HR generalist, Laura accompanies both operational processes and strategic topics in HR work at HRpepper with her hands-on mentality. Appreciative and collaborative cooperation in the HR team and with the Peppers are very important to her. As HR Manager, she defines the guard rails for efficient and smart HR processes with a great affinity for digitalization and HR tools. Laura is passionate and empathetic about guiding all Peppers through the entire Employee Lifecycle with the goal of creating a special work environment where all Peppers feel seen and supported.
New insights through a change of perspective
A solution-oriented approach is important to Laura in her work. When dealing with complex issues, she likes to change perspectives, illuminate things from a different angle and thus gain new insights that lead to holistic approaches to solutions.
With many years of experience in strategic consulting as Executive Assistant, Office Manager and HR Associate, Laura brings a keen sense of the challenges and opportunities in the consulting industry. Early in her HR career, Laura’s interest in change processes, change management and employee experience was sparked. Laura completed an education as a business assistant as well as a degree in International Business Administration with a focus on foreign languages. Before HRpepper, she worked for a long time in international companies. Laura graduated as HR Manager from the University of Wismar by distance learning.
When Laura is not out and about for HRpepper, she can be found doing sports activities like Pilates or beach volleyball, taking long walks in nature, or playing social games with family and friends.
What would you like to learn?
I would like to dive deeper into work and organizational psychology and better understand how internal HR can support organizations and employees in their development and transformation.
