Since the beginnings of HRpepper in 2012, Claudia has been working independently as an external partner for our consultancy – of course always in “Pepper style”. Long conception phases are not her favorite thing to do. Instead of sophisticated project plans, her strategy of small steps is aimed at rapidly making effective changes. In addition to success, she also focuses on the people in the customer relationship. She is certain that those who spend time together should do themselves good, treat each other with respect and be effective together.
Practical experience as a manager and coaching expertise
Claudia’s expertise is based on two pillars: First, as a banker and manager, she learned early on what it means to take on responsibility. On the other hand, during her psychology studies she acquired the necessary theoretical tools to be successful in practice. She has also professionalized herself further in a two-year systemic coaching course.
In her spare time, Claudia is always on the lookout for beautiful things. To the chagrin of her two sons, she and her husband therefore frequent flea markets time and again.
What would you like to learn?
I still feel like I’m in digital puberty. That’s why I’m looking for a balanced approach to digital media where the benefits outweigh the risks.
