Lars Siebert is a business lawyer with heart and soul and also a member of the Supervisory Board of HRpepper. In this function, he has played a major role in ensuring that the company is on a secure path into the future. Lars Siebert has been admitted to the German bar since 1999 and has been a partner of the Berlin law firm Buesing, Mueffelmann & Theye since 2004. He studied law at the Universities of Kiel, Muenster and Emory University in Atlanta/Georgia (USA) and obtained his doctorate in 1998 at the University of Constance in the Collaborative Research Centre “Internationalisation of Economics” on the subject of “Direct Banking Business”.

Legal structuring of complex issues

Lars Siebert primarily advises companies in the automotive, mechanical engineering, software and pharmaceutical industries along the entire supply chain. He is specialized in legal structuring of complex technical and economic issues in the fields of commercial, copyright and patent law. Lars Siebert regularly works across borders in the European Economic Area, but also in China and the USA.
