HRpepper supports the famous Cranfield studies on HR management

Consultancy firm becomes exclusive partner for the study in Germany

The HRpepper consultancy firm will be the exclusive partner for the German arm of the international Cranfield studies for the next five years. With their massive sample and regular execution, the Cranfield studies is considered the most reliable research of its type and has established itself as a favourite among practitioners and researchers alike. For Philipp Hölzle and Matthias Meifert, the two founders of HRpepper, cooperating with the Cranfield network is an important means of offering even international clients a highly reliable set of benchmarks data.

The “Cranfield Network on International Strategic Human Resource Management” was born over 20 years ago. Its mission is to compare HR management practices in business on an international level. The research association now includes 39 universities worldwide who oversee the surveys in their countries. The Cranfield studies conduct regular investigations of fundamental trends in the structures and policies of human resources departments, recruitment, HR management, remuneration, and labour relations.
