The HRpepper consultants are conducting tailored Management Audits for the first management level of a leading German financial institute.
The client is facing strategic challenges that call for able and empowered top executives. In addition to understanding the current status quo of the top leadership team, individual needs for development were to be identified as a first step for targeted development measures. The goal is to ensure the executives’ strategic development in line with their current and future challenges.
The client’s model of competence and identified leadership challenges were used to develop a one-day Management Audit, conducted by the specialists of HRpepper.

The management audit was designed as a one-day procedure with nine individual elements and personal feedback for the participants. The following modules were included: A self-assessment, presentation, leadership simulation, creativity exercise, case study, and an interview in multiple parts. The versatile choice of methods helped to achieve valid ratings of all relevant competences. A particularly effective element was the video recording of the leadership simulation for a subsequent analysis by the participants. The procedure gave the participating executives a valid assessment of their current abilities and competences from an unbiased, external point of view and showed them means to achieve an even more effective leadership and management performance.
